Longing for Spring metal print by Susan Jenkins. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

I wanted to give some life and color to this snow. I used a reference image that was mostly gray, but decided to make it feel more alive with beautiful yellow, pink and orange hues. For me, it represents that even in the coldest seasons in life, there is still hope.
About Susan Jenkins
I have been painting and drawing from my earliest memories. I can't remember a time when I didn't want to be an artist. I graduated from the Universtiy of North Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and was awarded the "Most Outstanding Artist" title upon graduation. Although I work in many different mediums my favorite is pastels. I love the vibrant color that can be achieved. When I was a child I was so in love with color and would get so excited over a new box of crayons, colored pencils, markers, or watercolors. I get equally excited today when I see all of my beautiful pastels laid out and waiting for the next creation. I believe the results that can be achieved with pastels produce some of the most beautiful art ever...
